Shame

Both a U.N. and the Associate Press count of civilian deaths this year show that U.S. and NATO forces have caused more civilian deaths this year than Taliban fighters have.

Shame.

Finished The Unbearable Lightness of Being:

We can live every moment only once, 'what if's are completely useless.  There is no way to see what will happen if people have made the alternate decision.

Would it have been better if the rest of the world left Middle East alone with their problems?  Let them take it out on eachother?  Perhaps there wouldn't be doctors crashing into Glasgow...but we will never know.

just a random thought, it's not even what the book is really about

its one of those books that i will definitely read again when i am older

Freedom Day 3

House Chores Day

after PMH attachment,

I cooked dinner

Image006

I think the Linguine was only 90% done, it still felt a bit too crunchy

but i managed to finish cooking in roughly 35min, that was an accomplishment, no?

I did the dishes

did the laundry

and even vacumned!

now...enjoying free time before bed.

Freedom Day 2

becoming an expert on frying egg...because i can now expertly use the right amount of butter for frying

meeting!  i need a dual processor for my brain!

falling in love with Mandy Moore's song...ONLY HOPE
